Joey is a 4-month-old puppy from the FRIENDS gang, born on 9/17/25, and weighs about 15 pounds. He is soft, playful, friendly, and loves people. Joey has great recall, is being crate trained, and will remain a small dog under 20 pounds. His dad is a 10-pound Chihuahua and his mom is Monica at 23 pounds.
