Meet Bruce!

This big lovable guy is looking for his perfect family. He might look tough on the outside, but he is truly just a big softy. His favourite thing is simply hanging out with his people. He does not mind what you are doing, he just loves being part of it. He enjoys the great outdoors and will happily join you for hikes and beach hangs.

Bruce has previously been noted as being overly protective of his people, and there may have been some resource guarding in his past. Shelter staff have not seen this behaviour themselves, but it is something to be aware of and to feel confident managing.

Bruce cannot wait to meet his forever family! 🙂

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.
