Hi, I’m Rocky! I’m a 6-year-old male American Bulldog weighing about 43 pounds. I came from a high-kill shelter down south and am now safe, healthy, and ready for my forever home. I’m the sweetest, most steady boy you’ll ever meet, and I’ve done wonderfully with kids, all of the rescue staff, and every dog I’ve been introduced to. When we walk through busy areas, I stay calm and focused on being right by your side.

I walk well on a leash — I might tug for the first few seconds, but I quickly settle in and walk perfectly alongside you. I’m a loyal, affectionate companion who thrives on love and attention. I enjoy spending time with my people, whether that’s going for walks, relaxing at home, or getting plenty of cuddles.

I can be cat-tested upon request. I’m fully vetted — neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm prevention, microchipped, and current on flea/tick prevention. I would do best in a home where someone has time to shower me with love and include me in their daily life. If you’re looking for a calm, loving, affectionate companion, I’m your guy.
