Casanova – The Fun-Loving Gentleman with a Big Heart

Casanova is one of those dogs who truly comes alive once he’s out of the shelter. After spending a few years waiting for a chance that never came, he finally joined us — and it was like watching a light switch on. He’s full of personality, energy, and affection, and he’s finally getting to show what an incredible companion he really is.

Every day, Casanova plays with his best buddy Minnie in spirited, happy bursts of zoomies. He’s athletic and goofy, but also gentle at heart. When he first arrived, he had some anxious habits from the stress of shelter life (like wanting to hump when overexcited), but that disappeared almost immediately once he settled in. These days, he’s calm, well-adjusted, and just waiting to find his forever person — someone who’ll let him be their shadow and best friend.

Casanova doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He’s social, friendly with other dogs, and happiest when part of a family. His enthusiasm sometimes comes with a bit of barking when he’s excited, but it’s all part of his charm — he just wants to be noticed and loved
