Tuxedo and Domestic Long Hair Cats Available for Adoption

DOODLE (BONDED WITH DORA)

Tuxedo, Domestic Long Hair
🇨🇦
Vaughan, Ontario
February 26th
female, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

Doodle and Dora were adopted as kittens and lived with the same family for 3 happy years. But life happens, their owner has to go back home overseas to care for an aging relative and bringing them there was not viable. They made the heartbreaking decision to find another loving family for the girls,

Doodle is the lead vocalist when it comes to mealtimes, “Me first!”, she sings, then will stretch up your leg to make sure you have acknowledged her enthusiasm. When Dora is done with her breakfast, Doodle will make sure all the dishes are licked clean and nothing is overlooked. This highly food-focused kitty will need a close eye when it comes to mealtimes, so as to prevent her from becoming a chunky monkey later in life if given half a chance.

Thankfully, Doodle loves to play, especially with springs, tunnels, turbo scratcher and hanging toys she can try and beat into submission. Doodle has stronger drives for zoomies than Dora, and it’s funtimes for all when the girls stampede around the house! But once tired out from their relay races, they settle down in a cuddle puddle to take a well-deserved nap.

The girls are happy with each other, but have not met other cats, dogs or kids during their time with this family. They are a little shy with new faces, and may take a bit before venturing out to check out the visitors.

Doodle and Dora are adorable and lively cats now seeking a family to keep caring for them. They promise to be loving, sweet, entertaining and fun. Whenever you’re ready!

Would you like to make Doodle and Dora a part of your family? Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.
