SadieJ, born approximately 10/18/26, lived the first year and a half of her life in a household with quite a few kitties. Then she was brought into foster where she was adopted by a disabled retiree. And there she lived for the next 6+ years. Unfortunately, her adopter then went into hospice where Sadie visited him twice a week until he died 6 weeks later. Now she would love to find someone who loved and spoiled her as much as her adopter did.

Since her adopter was only comfortable in a reclining position, Sadie will join you on the bed in a flash, expecting lots of snuggles and pets while her purr is interrupted only by a soft meow. Actually more than just one meow. Sadie is one of the most talkative kitties ever.

She is very good at ignoring other kitties unless they get too close so she would probably be fine in a 1-2 other kitty household. However, having her hooman all to herself 24/7 for over 6 years and being so happy with that arrangement means she wouldn't mind at all being an only. She is also used to a young, small, respectful dog.

All of her teeth except for her canines were removed a few years ago due to stomatitis. This means she'll never need a dental! Plus she eats wet or dry just fine.

Because she is a senior and we understand that possible veterinarian expense would be a consideration, she is also available as a long-term foster meaning you provide the love, shelter, food, and litter while Fluff Buddies remains responsible for any veterinarian expense at the vet we use.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.
