Meet Sweet Kitty Cashmere
Cashmere's story– A Forgotten Cats volunteer heard crying coming from a nearby home while she was feeding a local kitty colony. A neighbor explained that the resident had moved away and left poor Cashmere, just a kitten, behind. When the volunteer found the door unlocked, she went inside and rescued the frightened kitty. The home had clearly been abandoned, and there was very little food left for Cashmere.
At the time of rescue, early February, he was estimated by our vet to be approximately 4-6 months old.
