Meet Dior!
Born in early April, Dior is a handsome long-haired brown tabby and white kitten with a soft, fluffy coat and an even softer heart that's growing more confident every day.
Like many kittens, Dior has discovered that life is one big adventure! When it's playtime, nothing else matters. You'll often find him chasing toy mice, batting springs across the floor, pouncing on balls, or racing after a laser pointer. He's also perfectly happy entertaining himself when you're busy.
Dior has come a long way in foster care. He doesn't mind being held and is learning that people are pretty wonderful. He's still a little shy in new situations and may duck into a hiding spot if things get too busy, but with patience and a gentle approach, his confidence continues to blossom every day.
He's met both cats and dogs in his foster home. He enjoys playing with the resident cat, though they're still getting to know one another. Dogs are a little more intimidating. An energetic young dog who wanted to play was a bit too much for him, while a calm older dog earned little more than an occasional curious glance. Dior may give a small hiss if he's unsure, but he's not aggressive-he simply prefers introductions at his own pace.
As a young kitten, Dior will thrive in a home that can provide plenty of enrichment, toys, climbing opportunities, and daily playtime. Like many kittens, he'd also love the companionship of another friendly young cat or kitten to help burn off all that playful energy and continue building his confidence.
