ootsie is a precious Siamese mix baby girl born in May 2026 who came to the shelter alongside her siblings. At less than one month old, she’s exactly what you’d expect from a tiny kitten — adorable, cuddly, curious, and still discovering the world one tiny paw-step at a time.

She is currently thriving in foster care where she’s receiving lots of love and attention while she grows big and strong. Tootsie is available for pre-adoption now and can go home with her adopter once she is old enough through a foster-to-adopt arrangement.
