Applicants must live within 2 hour drive of the Chicagoland area. Must be adopted with another cat in home 3 years or younger or adopted with Zina.

Meet Iris! From the moment you spot him, you can tell Iris is all about fun, companionship, and soaking up the simple joys of being a kitty. Whether he's zooming around the room or curled up in a cuddle pile, he's happiest when he's surrounded by feline friends.

He's incredibly social and would do wonderfully in just about any type of household, including homes with children, as long as he has a playful cat buddy to keep him company. Having a feline companion to wrestle with, nap beside, and play endlessly with is essential for Iris to truly thrive. If you are looking for a dynamic duo, Iris would love to be adopted with one of his siblings Bubba, Poppy, Rose, Zina, or Cosmos. Watching Iris interact with his siblings is pure joy; he's affectionate, engaged, and always in the middle of the action. Priority will be given to applicants who are looking to adopt a pair.

Personality-wise, Iris is the total package. He's very playful and will happily entertain himself with anything and everything—toys, siblings, or whatever interesting object happens to be nearby. When playtime winds down, he loves to hang out, enjoy pets, and cuddle up close.
