Wow! Meet Daisy!

Daisy is an eight-month-old blue bi-color Ragdoll, purebred. She is a lovely girl with a lovely temperament. She is a bit on the alpha side and would do better in a home with a submissive cat. She does need to go to a home with another cat as she loves to play and run around and have a good time.
Daisy has special circumstances that require a special adoption. She was in a home with a baby and she urinated inappropriately on the baby’s crib and bedding.

Thus, Daisy must go to a home with no children, a home where the litter boxes are kept absolutely clean, and it must be a low stress home. She has not exhibited litter box issues in her current foster home, but we want to set her up for success so there will be no exceptions. We also intend to adopt her locally, preferably to DFW area.

She is in a (Foster) Home in Ennis, Texas. Her adoption fee is $850.

Daisy will not be adopted out of state or other than in the local area. Merlin’s Hope does not provide any transportation.

Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states. is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

All cats are considered mixed breeds unless otherwise stated. As a rescue, we often don’t know a cat’s origins, and do our best to guesstimate their breed. This is not a guarantee. We do get purebreds from time to time and that will be stated in their description if known.

Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application via email.

The Ragdoll cat breed is celebrated for its gentle nature, striking blue eyes, and semi long fur that requires minimal grooming. Known for their docile personalities, Ragdolls are affectionate and enjoy companionship, making them great family pets. These large, sturdy cats have a distinct color point coat pattern, but come in various colors and patterns. Ragdolls are known to go limp when held, hence their name, making them easy to handle and ideal for those seeking a loving and laid back feline companion.
