Persian Cats Available for Adoption in Sacramento, California

This gorgeous Persian boy was surrendered to us by his previous owner, who spoke only Spanish. When he arrived, he was severely matted, and our team gently shaved him to relieve the discomfort.


Persians are a highly sought-after breed, and we expect a large amount of interest. Adoptions are first-come, first-served. The shelter opens at noon, but the future adopter will likely need to arrive well before opening to secure a place in line.


Before deciding, please take time to learn about Persian cats and their unique care needs—they are a wonderful breed but often require ongoing grooming and medical attention.
