Maine Coon and Domestic Long Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Howdy, Bear here! I am a super super sweet boy who looks like a cuddly bear. One day I found myself at a cat colony nowhere to go and no skills to survive our there. A lady trapped me and got me in to get fixed but turns out I already was! No chip tho and no one came to claim me. I was the sweetest boy at the clinic and they really didn't want to send me back outside so they found a rescue to take me!

I am so glad to be inside because it means I get to snuggle up on a human. All I want in life is to just cuddle up on my foster mom's chest, no matter what she is up to (trying to type on her laptop, for example). I give the strongest headbutts EVER and my purr probably could set a record for how loud it is. I am not sure I love toys just yet, truly I spend all my effort just trying to snuggle up with foster mom. I am respectful if she puts me down off her lap a few times, but it does take me a few times to get the hint.

At night, I wait for foster mom to get in bed so I can bombard her with more love. After a few min of attention I settle in and sleep next to her. If you want a cat who just wants to be near you, I'm your guy!

I am BIG. Pictures don't do me justice! I was 12lbs when I was brought into foster home, but my hips were sticking out and I really needed to gain some weight. Foster mom thinks I should be more like 15lbs! The vet said I am around 4 years old, but I'm a cat so I can't remember my birthday.

I lived with a dog for a week and I mostly just ignored him (he ignored me too, it was mutual) so if you have a dog who is nice to cats I would be fine with it. I am great with other cats too, I have never even hissed or growled at another cat in my foster home, even when they do it to me. I am a respectful guy!

All HPPL cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, FeLV/FIV/HW tested, microchipped and on flea and tick prevention. The adoption fee is $125.
