Named for the goddess of crossroads, Hecate has had a series of tough luck in her life. Originally abandoned at the SPCA with a note, Hecate was then adopted and later found stray and unreclaimed. Hecate's original family left us with a name, a claim she lived with dogs and did well, and some brief medical history. Since her first stint in the shelter, Hecate has opened up significantly, becoming quite the chatterbox. She seems to be an outgoing older girl, sweet and easygoing.
Hecate did not live with other pets in her most recent (to our knowledge) home, but she seemed not to have negative reactions to other cats nearby in the shelter environment, so she may be an option for multipet households. We unfortunately do not have other information about how she was in her prior homes, but she makes a great showing here and cannot wait to return to a home!
