Hailing all the way from Tennesse, Charles is hoping you'll see him as a ten! Charles was originally found stray all the way in The Volunteer State, and he volunteered to come to PA for adoption! Unfortunately, a family member of the person he was living with had severe cat allergies and he was unable to stay. Charles is willing to earn his keep by warming your lap and your pillow. He was reportedly laid back, affectionate, and playful, into sitting in laps and being held, but not a fan of belly rubs (no matter how tempting and round it looks)! Charles has not been around kids or other animals, so we aren't sure how he feels about them, but he has enjoyed schmoozing with volunteers. If you don't mind your cuddle bugs a bit chunky, try Charlie!
