She is very shy and sensitive, and will need a calm, quiet, and patient home where she can feel safe and move at her own pace. When overwhelmed or pushed too quickly, Gracie may respond out of fear, so it is important that her future family understands and respects her boundaries. With time, consistency, and trust, Gracie truly blossoms. Once she feels secure and knows she is safe, she becomes a wonderful companion for the right person who is willing to be patient and let her come to them. Because of her sensitive nature, Gracie would likely do best in a home without children, cats, or dogs, where she can be the center of attention and enjoy a peaceful environment.
