Meet Mama Mia 🐾
Mama Mia is a beautiful "spirit cat" who has been part of our rescue family for the past four years in a loving foster home. Recently, she made the transition to our sanctuary room, where she is settling in at her own pace and finding comfort in the company of her feline friends.
Mama Mia is not a cat who seeks out human attention--and that's perfectly okay. She is gentle, მშვიდ and completely non-aggressive, but she prefers to admire people from a distance rather than be touched. She truly thrives in the presence of other cats and finds her greatest sense of security and happiness alongside them.This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home!

A cat's behavior in the shelter may not be what it will be like in your home; if the cat is nervous, anxious, or agitated, please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat. Most often, in a home, they thrive!

Kitten Policy: Kittens must be able to socialize with other young cats or dogs as playmates, as it is important for their development. Therefore, CT Cat Connection has a policy that kittens ​and teenagers up to 12 months of age are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion.

Due to demand, we do not place cats or kittens on hold. Your visit to the shelter is to meet all cats or kittens available for adoption at the time of visit.
