Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Hello! How are mew doing today?!
My name is Bennie! I’m the sweetest little melty chocolate puddle of a baby boy that you could ever meet!

I’m truly adorable and the most gentle cat my foster family has ever known. I will likely be shy at first but I have an absolutely darling purrrsonality. Churu is the key to my heart!

I’ve never once been aggressive, scratchy or hissy with my foster moms; even at my most overwhelmed! My personality is very docile and agreeable as well as cuddly but independent. I’m shy around people initially so it takes me time to warm up to being my sweet silly self. I’m also very interested and encouraged by other animals!

I’m adorably friendly with other cats; I also LOVE my foster dog brother! I always run to him to rub up against his neck with affection. I can be pretty needy sometimes and other times I enjoy my quiet time alone snoozing in a cozy little nook. If I feel overwhelmed I feel like I need to hide away, or seek comfort in another kitty who will be with me. I tend to follow the lead of the other cats, dogs and people when I need a confidence boost. Unless I’m in a playful mood, I want to get a game going and zoom around! I’ll let you know if I’m extra needy with a tender timid little “meow” before reaching up and putting my paws on your leg/arm.

I used to live on the streets with my mama and siblings. We used to eat trash and stale pizza out a dumpster before we were rescued. My mommy and my siblings have been adopted. I’m still patiently waiting for my loving FUREVER family to find me and take me home! I deserve a home just as lovely as my personality!

It’s my dream to be adopted by a family as sweet and attentively loving as I am. I want to cuddle in a cozy spot and watch you with loving adoration while I lay in the sun. No matter what you do, I’ll always love you!

I have so much fun playing with tinkly toys and balls! My favorite is when I get a chance to chase that little red dot that I see when my foster mom uses something called a “laser pointer”. I don’t really know what that means…but one day I’m going to catch that sneaky red dot! Will you help me!?

P.S Renaming me is no issue as I was renamed from “Spike” to “Bennie”! My (now adopted) family members and I were all named after Buffy the Vampire Slayer characters! I was named “Spike” after one of the vampires because sometimes my little pointy teeth peek out of my mouth so I look akin to a baby vampiric creature of the night. However, I decided to rebrand and pick a sweet little unique name to rebrand! I am truly a precious little boy who deserves his happily FURever after fairyTAIL story! Please come meet me and let me warm up to you and show you how wonderfully kind and cute I am!
