Meet Elizabeth and Summer, an adorable mother-daughter duo ready to find their forever home!

Mama Elizabeth, a 1.5-year-old black cat, and her baby Summer, a 6-month-old calico cutie, are shy girls with hearts full of potential, just waiting for the right home to help them blossom. Once they feel safe, their sweet and playful personalities begin to shine. They’re very food-motivated and absolutely love treats, making the process of earning their trust especially rewarding.

This bonded pair must be adopted together and is looking for a patient, experienced adopter who understands that shy cats need time, consistency, and gentle encouragement to come out of their shells. Because they’re sensitive and still building confidence, a calm home without small children is essential.

These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two!
