Otto was found inside the bumper of a car all by himself.

He is a very playful kitten who was not doing well alone so he was paired with Penny and now both are doing great.

As most kittens, Otto is full of energy and is still learning how to behave like a proper cat. His picture is a little old because he won't stay still long enough for his foster to get a non blurry one. He is still young and cute, though.

We would love for Penny and Otto to be adopted together as a pair.
