Hi... I'm Amanda. I'm a 6-month-old tortie girl with a gentle heart and a quiet personality.

I spent some time living on the streets before coming into foster care, so I'm still learning that the indoor life is safe and cozy. Because of that, I can be a little shy and nervous at first. But if you give me time, patience, and a calm space, my sweet side really starts to shine.

I enjoy soft head and cheek pets, and I'm a loving girl who also appreciates having my own little space to relax. One of my favorite things is curling up in a cozy cave-style bed or snuggling under a blanket where I feel safe and warm.

I'm **litter box trained** and very respectful in the home-no destructive behavior from me! I also happen to be a big fan of food... especially **tuna and salmon treats**. (Just a little note from me: I'm not a big fan of chicken.)

My perfect home would be a patient family that understands I may need a little time to adjust to new people and surroundings. Older kids (10+) would be best for me, and a calm environment where I can have my own space will help me feel comfortable. I've been around dogs before, but they still make me a bit unsure, so slow introductions are important.

If you're looking for a gentle, independent companion who will grow more loving and confident with time, I might be the perfect little tortie for you.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.

Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.

Our companions MUST live in your home as part of your family.
