Whisper was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. He is a friendly boy who is not extremely outgoing - Whisper likes attention, but he's not going to dance around attempting to get some. And when you're this good looking, you don't need to waste time getting people to look at you - they're already swooning over your magnificent miniature house panther vibe. Whisper is still a young man at 1.5 years old, and he is a big fan of little mouse-shaped toys as well as anything with feathers. He is quite curious & enjoys exploring his surroundings - once he is comfortable, of course! We think Whisper is going to be even more affectionate & fun once he's in a less stressful environment; whoever takes the time to get to know Whisper is going to get a fabulous cat in return!
