Thimble was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She would like everyone to know that she intensely dislikes life in a busy animal shelter. You can probably tell from the disapproving vibe that she is giving in her photo, poor girl. She does respond positively to folks who take their time with her and she will allow her friends to give her head & neck scratches, so we suspect once she is out of this stressful environment, she will be more willing to show off her true purrsonality and bond with her chosen human. Since she is not super confident, she will likely never be the cat who runs to the door to happily greet your guests, but we believe that this orange lady will love BIG when she is in a calmer living situation with someone who takes the time to help her feel safe.
