Alice was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She is a super sweet senior lady who is obviously very uncomfortable in the shelter setting, but she is trying her hardest to adjust. Alice hides a lot due to all the hustle & bustle around her, but we have learned her weakness and it is Churu cat treat tubes. Our purrfect tortoiseshell tabby princess LOVES Churu tubes and will happily eat a full tube while purring away in thanks. She is always very pleased with her human friends who bring her preferred delicacy to her and will headbutt you for petting (and probably to request a second tube) when she finishes her treat. Alice clearly would like to make a connection with a person - preferably one who has lots of Churu in stock, LOL! - and we believe that once she is comfortable in her fur-ever home, she will be the kind of cat who enjoys being with her people.
