This dude has PURRSONALITY!!! Kabuki has somehow figured out how to be incredibly endearing without being what you could call 'traditionally nice'- he's a staff favorite here at the shelter even though he only occasionally deigns to allow us to touch his super soft, fluffy fur. Kabuki has no qualms about telling you 'no' if you're invading his personal space, and he won't be quiet about it if you're late for meal times! He also has a very strict requirement for his future home: he MUST have a really good window seat! Looking outside at all the things that happen out there is one of his absolutely favorite things to do.
We love Kabuki for the sassy guy that he is, but we honestly believe he's going to chill out and show more of an affectionate side in a home environment: he lived in a home setting with other cats before, and he's likely just over this whole 'being in a shelter' thing. If 'tude and personality draws you in and you respect cats who have boundaries, come give Kabuki his dream home!
