Tipsy got her name because she has an old injury that causes her to lose her balance with her hind legs occasionally. The vet has said this is not a concern and other than that, she’s very healthy. Her “tipsies” don’t bother her. She is more comfortable staying on one floor and not dealing with stairs if she doesn’t have to and she prefers to be picked up to get into your lap.
