Geralt started visiting the home of one of our fosters in September of 2025. He did have two different collars, but she didn't have any luck finding an owner even after posting on Facebook and Nextdoor. He did not want to be touched at all at first.
He was neutered at Kincheloe clinic, where he was vaccinated for rabies. He did not have a chip. He has been exclusively inside for the last month and a half and has good litter box habits.
After Geralt was brought indoors and shown good consistent patience and positive playtimes, he really started warming up to her. Our foster has noted that when she pets him below the waist, he shows concern which leads us to believe he may have an old injury or had inappropriate treatment. Currently, he enjoys a good brushing, and plays with toys on his own as well as with his foster. Right now he likes attention on his terms and playing with his teaser toy. Boy cant't get enough of the feathers!!!
Based on Geralt's response to the foster's other cats, we believe he would do better as the only cat in the home. We are looking for someone who has cat experience and patience to help this beautiful panther meet his full potential.
