Meet Francis

Francis is a spunky little tuxedo male. He initially hid in the foster room, even managing to get the heating vent cover off and hide in the ductwork. He slowly started to get used to humans, following me around the room and watching closely when I cleaned out the litter boxes. He resisted being petted until a couple of weeks ago, and now can't get enough pets from us. He's quite small, and gets along well with his fellow fosters. He loves playing with wand toys and balls. He feels secure with routine. He has a slight bend in the very end of his tail, but it doesn't seem to bother him.
