Originally found as a stray in the community, Kitty Ledecky didn't have the easiest start. When she first arrived in our care, she needed a little extra TLC and with the love and dedication of a wonderful foster home, she's come such a long way. Her foster lovingly describes her as an "old soul." Kitty is gentle, sweet, and a little sensitive in the most endearing way. She'll often come over for attention and quietly ask for love, but if things move too quickly, she might step back for a moment. She just likes to take her time getting comfortable and once she does, it feels really special.
Kitty prefers a calmer vibe and can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed in busier settings. She enjoys companionship and connection, but she's not always in the mood for nonstop play. She's happiest when she can settle into a cozy rhythm and just be near her people. Now thriving and ready for her next chapter, Kitty is looking for a home that will appreciate her soft, thoughtful nature and let her bloom at her own pace.
