DESCRIPTION
Meet Jackson, the 3 year old male white and grey tabby! This shy boy came in with his two kitty friends who have been staying together in the shelter. He has been described as sweet with strangers by his previous owner, but he’s been timid here in the shelter. He will need a loving and patient family who will be willing to let him decompress and warm up to his new home. These kitties lived with large dogs in their previous home and did well, so a slow introduction with any resident dog may be an option! Jackson is available for preadoption - come meet him, fall in love and take him home after his neuter surgery! Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
