Armando is a 6-month-old tabby boy whose look is as distinctive as his personality. His coat is mostly soft white, with gentle grey tabby markings that appear like delicate brushstrokes across his head and ears. With his white chest, belly, and legs, he carries a refined and elegant look — a tabby pattern, but lighter, softer, and wonderfully unique. When Armando lifts his face and those large, curious eyes meet yours, there’s a quiet handsomeness about him that stays in your mind.

Armando’s character is just as special as his appearance.

When he was first rescued, he was a shy little boy. Life had taught him to be careful. But even then, he never showed a hint of aggression — only gentleness. His caution came from a thoughtful place. He simply needed time to observe, understand, and decide when it was safe to trust.

With patience and kindness from the volunteers caring for him, Armando has discovered something wonderful: people can be friends. Little by little, he has learned to relax and trust, and as that trust grows, his carefree kitten spirit begins to show.

Armando still carries the playful energy of a young cat — chasing toys, exploring the room, and enjoying those lively kitten moments. Yet he also has a calm, affectionate side. He’s perfectly happy curling quietly beside his person, sharing peaceful moments where companionship is all that matters.

Armando is the kind of cat whose love feels meaningful because it’s chosen. Once he gives his trust, he becomes a loyal, gentle companion — a handsome young boy who will share playful joy, quiet closeness, and a deep, lasting bond with the person who gives him a home.

Although our cats are all located in Puerto Rico, they can fly to mainland US. We can usually find flight angels to bring the cat to you once you are approved for adoption. We don't charge for arranging the trip, the air ticket is $125 on top of the $50 adoption fee ($175 total).
