Meet Thistle, a handsome 4-month-old short-haired gray kitten who came to us from a feral colony. Life on the streets taught him to be cautious, and he still likes to pretend he's the tough guy. He may put on a brave face, but underneath it all is a kitten who's learning that love, safety, and kindness can replace the life he once knew.

Thistle isn't the kind of kitten who will instantly jump into your lap. He needs time, patience, and understanding to adjust to a new home. Sudden movements and lots of commotion can be overwhelming, so he would do best in a quiet home without young children where he can build trust at his own pace.

Because of his background, Thistle would absolutely love a catio or screened porch where he can safely enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh air of the outdoors while remaining protected. It would be the perfect way for him to keep a little piece of the life he remembers while learning to embrace life as a beloved indoor cat.
