Hi… I’m Cocoa.
I’m a 2-year-old orange girl (yes, an orange female — we’re special like that ). I just arrived at the shelter, and everything is still a little new and a little strange to me. I’m being brave, though.
I have the softest orange fur — like warm cocoa with a splash of cream — and big curious eyes that are still figuring this place out. Sometimes I sit quietly and watch. Sometimes I gather up my courage and explore. Once I know I’m safe, I really start to shine.
I like gentle pets, cozy blankets, and soft voices. If you move slowly with me and let me come to you, I’ll reward you with sweet purrs and maybe even a head bump. I’ve got a tender heart, and I’m just looking for someone who will give me a little time and a lot of love.
I may be new here, but I’m ready for my forever home. Maybe it’s with you
