Meet Buster, a sweet young tuxedo tomcat who has already been through so much in his short life. Rescued from the streets of Fort Lauderdale, Buster came to us with a severe skin condition caused by parasites and self-inflicted injuries so extensive we couldn’t even share his “before” photos. Thanks to proper medical care, love, and time in foster, this handsome boy has healed beautifully—and his true personality has completely stolen our hearts.

Buster is huge—about 17 pounds—and honestly more the size of a small dog than a cat. Luckily, he’s also the calmest, chillest soul you’ll ever meet. His favorite place to be is stretched out on your chest, happily cuddling… which is adorable, except he’s the weight of a small dumbbell! He’s gentle, laid-back, and deeply affectionate, the kind of cat who brings instant peace to a room.

Buster is FIV positive, but it’s only a small part of his story. He has been living in a foster home with FIV-negative cats and has successfully integrated with them over several weeks, showing excellent manners and zero interest in conflict. With slow, proper introductions, he has proven he can coexist peacefully with other friendly, easygoing cats.

We are located in South Florida and will transport Buster to you! His adoption fee includes a carrier, harness, leash, and some other goodies for his trip to you. The adoption fee also includes the health certificate and any transport related costs.
