Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Janice is a 2.5-year-old silver tabby with a soft coat and an even softer personality. This pleasantly plump girl is laid back, easygoing, and happiest when she’s soaking up pets and attention from her favorite people. She loves snuggling with other cats and humans. If you lay down with her, she'll probably start making biscuits right next to you. This quiet girl adores other cats and enjoys their company, making her a great addition to a multi-cat home. Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.

ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
