Tobar is a 1-year-old neutered male who was surrendered on 03/21 due to his owner moving. According to his previous owner, he is energetic but can also be calm, enjoys playing with toys, dislikes confined spaces, and is fully litter trained. On intake, he appears to be in good overall health.
3/21 Per staff Tobar is an exceptionally friendly and social cat. Upon initial interaction, he rolled onto his back, exposed his belly, and vocalized while seeking attention even before staff opened his kennel door. Once approached, he immediately leaned into petting, greatly enjoying head scratches and happily accepting a salmon treat.
