Ryobi - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Meet Ryobi (ACCT-A-241360), a 3.5-year-old tri-colored lady. Ryobi originally came to ACCT in January 2026 after being left behind during an eviction. She was adopted but returned as a stray on June 26, 2026. The finder noted that she is friendly, cuddly, kind, expressive, but can be territorial.

When Ryobi first came to ACCT she was very friendly and sweet and quite affectionate. She loves attention and is not shy about asking for more. When staff opened the Kennel while she was taking a nap, and got right up to greet them, enjoyed lots of pets, and even gave head butts whenever they stopped scratching her. She is very relaxed and a Bundle of Joy and Love.

Ryobi's ideal day includes a lot of Affection, plenty of scratches, and a peaceful place to relax. She has a medium energy level and enjoys interacting with people and Toys but also values a good nap.

This lovely and affectionate lady is now looking to settle down in her furrever home where she can relax and fill hearts with joy and Love.

Staff noted on 07/02:
"I approached the Kennel. Ryobi was sleeping. She got up quick with her ears forward, loose tail. Opened the Kennel and slowly approached her with my hand, she immediately rubbed her head against my hand. allowed and enjoyed the petting. she is a Social Eater and did not mind getting touched while she ate. She showed playful behavior and started playing with treats and her toys. "

Staff noted on 06/27 :
"very friendly and sweet but does not like needles at all TTA for hissing growling swatting tense body and dilated pupils but 5mins after attempting she was back to being sweet and purring"

On 06/28 during an exam , it was noted that that her teeth were good and yellow.

On 6/26 per finder: "Friendly, cuddly. She is kind, cuddly, and expressive but territorial. She sensed my boy cat and got aggressive"
