This sassy girl is a real princess...but a very down-to-earth one. She loves cardboard boxes, scratches under the chin, and slipping on the hardwood floors while chasing spring toys or laser lights around the house. She is generally sweet and affectionate, but can be assertive if you disturb her while she is in her own space. She is good with other cats, although not particularly seeking their companionship. So she could probably be OK as a single cat. Matty came to us matted with big burrs on the sides of her body and under her chin. Thus the name....luckily, the good folks at PAWS shaved those off and now she is working hard on growing out her beautiful, extra soft coat.

Matty Preston is around 2 years old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. She is Affectionate, Curious, Playful, and Sassy.
