Every Cat Has a Story. This is HATTER (aka Mad Hatter). He is 11 months old. He came to the rescue in July 2025. He was found in an abandoned garage next to a burned down house along with about 16 other cats. The poor baby was flat-out and covered in fleas. We weren't sure he was going to make it.
