The big dogs there are a bit scary for him, and while he’s handling the change bravely, he’s ready for a calm, patient forever home where he can feel secure again.

Pepper is playful and affectionate, but he’s a little more laid back and reserved than his outgoing sibling. He likes to take his time when exploring new surroundings or meeting new people.
