We found Brooklyn Bridge under the Brooklyn Bridge, just two days before a bomb cyclone hit New York City. From his filthy and emaciated condition, it seemed likely that he had been sheltering there for a while. He was incredibly sweet and friendly, starved for affection, and happy to be scooped up by our volunteer.
Brooklyn Bridge is just one of the most loving cats we’ve ever met. He wants to be close to people all the time, and is very communicative with his soft meows and expressive eyes. When he feels especially affectionate, he would jump into his person’s arms and gently pat their face with his paws. But his love is not limited to humans—he’s just as eager to strike up friendships with cats and dogs.
Brooklyn Bridge is fostered in NYC and is available for local or out-of-state adoption as long as the adopter can travel to meet him. To get the adoption process started, please send us an application at https://bit.ly/rosr-adopt-foster.
