Hi! My name is Basil, and I am a gorgeous black tabby boy born on 4/26/26. I am a very friendly and affectionate kitten who loves to play and explore. I am an adventurous guy -- I was the first of my litter to climb to the top of the scratcher, and even the vacuum cleaner doesn't scare me (although I do not entirely trust it)! I am curious about everything my humans do.

I love meeting new people of all ages, and I play with my 4 sisters. I have met the resident cats who are not interested in me for some reason, but I was friendly with them anyway. I have not met dogs yet, but I'm sure I would get along with any furry companion. As you can see, when I'm not playing or napping in laps, I enjoy a sunny spot and a soft blanket. I am a tidy guy in the litterbox and at the food bowl which is appreciated by my foster family.

I hope my forever home will have companions who will play with me and provide a cozy lap for napping!
