Introducing Oliver! This handsome 8-year-old boy was relinquished by his owners to a high kill shelter in Kentucky when they were moving and didn't take him with. Luckily, he was rescued by NAWS and made the long trip north with hopes of having another chance. It saddens us that this sweet boy is experiencing such uncertainty after living his whole life in a home.
Oliver is friendly and social. He is comfortable with new people and seems to enjoys gentle attention and pets. He is a bit reserved at the moment and is likely still trying to understand his new surroundings. He is a pretty calm and chill fellow. He does like mealtime and will meow for his food and some affection. He is going to be a lovable addition to a home and will be incredibly devoted and grateful to the adopters that give him another chance at forever
Want to help care for him while he waits to find his forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!" Click on the "sponsor" button on this profile and your one-time donation will be used for vital everyday essentials such as his food, litter and medical care! Thank you for helping save lives!
All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines.
A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
