Butterbean is a sweet, intelligent kitten that was raised in a foster home. He was always the first of his litter to figure out new things, like reaching new locations around the house.

Any time he's approached or pet, he purrs immediately, even with new people. He's a big cuddler. When he climbs into your lap, purring away, and you pet his little head...he looks up at you with the sweetest, soulful little expression and you can just tell there's more going on behind those eyes than your average kitten. Often times when he's sleepy, he tries to talk to you. He looks you right in the eyes and just lets out the sleepiest little meows.

If Butterbean isn't napping with a foster parent, then he's curled up with his siblings Chickpea and Pinto. They almost always all come together when it's nap time and sleep bundled up together. Sometimes he even tries to cuddle up to a resident adult cat in his foster home. So if you have other cats at home already looking for a cuddle buddy, Butterbean could probably make that happen!

Of course, Butterbean isn't all naps and cuddles! Like most kittens Butterbean loves to play, too. He's already changed his mind about which toys are his favorite a few times, but he likes crinkly mylar balls and furry toys. He loves to chase and jump after wand toys!

Being the smart, social, and confident kitten that Butterbean is, it's best to make sure he has fun things to keep him engaged and probably another kitty friend in his forever home!
