Miso is a very playful and sweet, one-year-old cat looking for his forever home!
This handsome stripey guy is a bit quiet and reserved at first, but he warms up pretty quickly and does enjoy being around people.
He especially loves playing with toys and having fun with his foster kitty brother, Haku. An affectionate boy, Miso loves getting pets and does well with being picked up occasionally. He is not yet a fan of being held for prolonged periods, but we are currently working on that.
Miso is an active guy, who spends a lot of time running around the house with his foster brother Haky, eating, playing with toys, and checking out the comings and goings of the neighborhood from a spot at the window. he spends his day playing with his foster brother, eating, playing with toys and sitting in the window
This sweet boy currently lives with two humans and his foster cat brother in a house. His ideal home would be with a kind, patient human who works from home or is around a lot, and who will enjoy playing with him and giving him plenty of affection...while still respecting his boundaries as he adjusts to his new surroundings.
Miso would love to be adopted with his foster brother Haku, or to a home with another active young resident cat to help him build confidence and trust. This cute guy gets startled easily and isn't a fan of loud noises or abrupt movements; therefore, he needs to be in a calm home without young children. Gentle, cat-savvy older kids would be okay.
If you're looking for a sweet, busy companion that you can help to feel safe and love in his new home, Miso (and maybe Haku too?) would love to meet you.
