Hi! My name is Croix and I am an energetic, exuberant and confident 14-week-old house panther ready to grace your home with enough love and chaos to last a lifetime.
I have been in foster care since I was a wee young lad, about 7-weeks-old and about 1.5 pounds to be exact. I came into foster care with my two brothers, and together we have been ripping and roaring through our foster home ever since. I am the most outgoing of my brothers and wherever my foster human is is where I want to be.
During the day, my usual schedule consists of wrestling with my brothers, chasing around crinkly toys, eating some food and then napping on top of my favorite tall cat condo. When foster mom gets home from work, I am the first to greet her at the door with my signature squeaky "meep" and rumbling purr. Although I might be small, my purr is BIG! If I am happy, which is just about always, you will know it. I also really like scratches and pets, especially right near the base of my tail. I wiiiiiggle my booty, and then it feels so good that I just can't help but flop over for some belly rubs. I have to admit, I am a little bit of a chunky guy. But hey, who can blame a guy for having a bit of extra fluff on the midsection. If you ask me, it adds a bit of character. If I haven't already mentioned it, I love interaction, attention and love from my humans. I promise to keep you company when you are home, whether that's following in your footsteps and chattering as you cook in the kitchen, perching on your shoulder as you watch TV on the couch, or snuggling in your lap as you drift off to sleep in bed, I'll be there with ya!
What does my ideal forever home look like you might ask? I am looking to find a furrever home that is excited about having a young cat like me to interact with and be entertained by.
One thing that you should know about me is that I have been surrounded by other cats for my entire young life so far. I was born into an apartment where there were around 40 other cats of all ages (yeah, I know, that's a lot...). When Pet Haven took me and my two brothers in, I moved into a foster home where us 3 lived with two resident cats and a big dog. Because I am so social, my foster mom thinks it would be best for my brothers to be adopted together and for me to be adopted into a home where I can make a new feline friend. So, I will need to be adopted into a home that already has a young friendly cat for me to bond with, or to a home that is interested in picking another solo kitten in Pet Haven care to adopt with me! So far I have met kids, cats and dogs and do well with all of the above, some might actually say that versatile is my middle name at this point!

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
