Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Mac N Cheese is a very handsome orange tabby that has lived the majority of his life outside. He is social, and has done well with other cats. It is uncertain how he is going to acclimate to being an indoor only cat, so be aware he may want to get outside. He doesn't mind a good cuddling!

He is neutered and ready to find his forever family.

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at no additional cost to the owner. This is one reason we have fees on the dogs to help cover the extra medical some of the other residents need. They all share the burden and the rewards.
No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We typically require a meet-and-greet between any resident dogs and the dog you’re interested in adopting, to ensure everyone gets along safely and comfortably.
