Meet Rey, a beautiful 8‑month‑old orange tabby who was found as a stray and has already shown so much bravery for such a young girl. She lived peacefully with four other cats while staying with her finder, but the shelter environment has been overwhelming for her. Right now, she prefers to keep her distance from the other cats—but we’re hopeful that, with time and reassurance, she’ll realize things aren’t so scary here.
With humans, Rey is a completely different story. Once she knows you’re safe, she becomes affectionate, gentle, and incredibly sweet. She leans into pets, relaxes into your hands, and shows just how much love she has to give.
Rey is a sensitive soul who needs a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace. In return, she’ll reward you with trust, affection, and the joy of watching her confidence grow.
If you’re looking for a tender young cat who just needs a little time and love to shine, Rey is waiting for you.
