Meet Marlin!

Meet Marlin, our sweet orange tabby boy, about 2 years old and looking for a patient, loving home.

He absolutely loves being pet and will happily soak up gentle attention. He’s a sensitive guy who can get nervous with sudden movements, so a calm environment will help him feel safe and confident.

One of his unique quirks is that he’s not quite sure how to meow yet. When he tries to talk, it sometimes comes out as a little hiss instead, which just adds to his charm. With time and trust, he may find his voice.

We’re not sure how he does with other cats or dogs, so slow introductions would be important if there are other pets in the home. And because he can be easily startled, we think he would do best in an adult-only home or with older, respectful children who understand how to give him space when he needs it.

If you’re looking for a gentle companion and are willing to give this shy boy the patience he deserves, he may be the perfect match for you.
