Venus is a ten-week-old black and white tuxedo Domestic Shorthair kitten with bright green eyes, a delicate white chest, and the kind of striking, classic good looks that make tuxedo cats so universally beloved. She arrived at Cobb Animal Services on June 21st as part of a litter of six - five siblings who together make up one of the most beautiful and varied groups of kittens the shelter has seen. Venus is the glamorous one of the bunch, dressed in her tuxedo from day one and carrying herself accordingly.

Venus is spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, and cat friendly - already comfortable with the five siblings she shares Kennel #618 with. At just over 2 lbs she is tiny and precious, but she has the presence of a cat three times her size. At ten weeks old she is at the perfect age to come home and bond deeply with a new family, growing up knowing exactly where she belongs.

This extraordinary litter - named after the planets - includes her brothers Mercury, Mars, and Saturn, and her sisters Jupiter and Neptune. Each one is unique and beautiful in their own way, and any home lucky enough to take one of them will be getting something truly special. If the right home had room for two or even more of these siblings, it would be something wonderful - but most of all Venus deserves a loving home where she can shine.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
